Good Evening! Does anyone know if the "Banksy" sculpture is still near the Scott Monument? I read that it appeared in February 2017- wondering if we can see it when we are there in December 2017. Thank you!

hi entrance is £5 see info below. There are 287 steps to the top of the Scott Monument, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Edinburgh and the surrounding countryside.
