Minnesota Timberwolves guard Jaylen Clark appeared to hit his head after a hard fall under the hoop and exited to the locker room during the third quarter against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday at Target Center in Minneapolis.

The short-handed Timberwolves had their rotation thinned further when guard Jaylen Clark left their game against the Thunder because of neck pain from an awkward fall on the court in the third quarter Sunday night.

Jaylen Clark suffered a head injury midway through the third quarter of the Timberwolves' matchup with the Thunder on Sunday.
