CSP IDs suspects in fatal hit-and-run in DeltaCSP said on July 6 that the suspects, Karin Leal-Ruiz – the driver – and Valentin Guelta, were driving a 2008 yellow and black Cobalt on Highway 50 near the location where the crash occurred.
Karin Leal-Ruiz is believed to be the driver involved in a July 6 hit-and-run crash near Delta. He has not been located.
