According to NBA insider Sam Amick of The Athletic, the San Antonio Spurs and Sacramento Kings have discussed a De’Aaron Fox trade.  The Kings are not interested in trading for Jimmy Butler, who has requested a trade from the Miami Heat.

Fox is the new name on the market after sending signals he doesn't want to commit long term to the Kings. Meanwhile, Butler remains suspended as the Heat decide his future.

In the midst of De'Aaron Fox's recent availability on the trade market and the Miami Heat's struggle to find partners on a Jimmy Butler deal, recent reports have indicated that there's a possibility for Miami and the Sacramento Kings to add the San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns to a league-altering four-team trade.
