A memorial for victims of the vehicle ramming at Vancouver's Lapu-Lapu Day festival is growing, and so is community support.

A mother, father and daughter who fled to Canada to escape violence in Colombia were killed in the attack on the Lapu Lapu Festival in Vancouver.

Eleven people were killed when an SUV drove into a crowd of people at the festival, which was being held on the grounds of a school.
