With a pregnancy study and a smarter cycle-tracking approach, Oura is delivering more accurate health insights.

Oura is doubling down on women's health, rolling out more features that track cycle-related biometric changes.

Oura says that any members who do see an impact should only see a lower Readiness Score on three percent of days, an 81 percent overall decrease in days that members see their cycle impact their score. Generally, this should mean that members see better scores overall during the menstrual cycle.

Oura announced a new and updated Readiness Score that now factors biometric fluctuations caused by the menstrual cycle into its scoring mechanism.
