Nestlé USA is recalling some Lean Cuisine and Stouffer's frozen meals in Michigan amid reports of wood-like material in them.

Nestle USA has voluntarily pulled select batches of these products after multiple consumer complaints, including a report of a potential choking incident.

Customers told Nestle about meals with “wood-like material,” and there has been “one potential choking incident” so far.
