A traffic signal off of Route 30 is malfunctioning. Police say the issue is expected to affect traffic and cause delays in the area.

"It's just been a miracle. I absolutely love what I do and blessing people and telling my story," Megan Fraver said.

Officials said Cannons Campground Road will remain closed during the accelerated bridge replacement project, which SCDOT expects will be complete within a year.
