Newcastle boss Eddie Howe has spoken about the situation at the club during the summer transfer window, openly lamenting the lack of signings they have managed so far
Newcastle United began their preseason campaign with a 4-0 defeat to Celtic, as Kieran Tierney made his long-awaited return at Celtic Park.
