The thing is, I've seen in the past (not just here but other subreddits) on how Tesla is doing huge hiring waves, on certain times of the year or relatively easy to get in. So it is just frustrating having studied chemical engineering and biomedical engineering without any response, in those 3 areas described above.

The other third would go to EV battery packs for other automakers, stationary energy storage and perhaps other applications. This assumes an abundance of capacity, 50% more than would be needed for auto sales alone.

After slowly starting production of the Model Y late in 2021, Tesla has been gradually ramping up and started deliveries of Texas-built Model Y vehicles in April. The ramp up has been difficult as Tesla has been building the Model Ys at Gigafactory Texas with its new 4680 battery cell and structural battery pack, which have been the bottleneck.
